Who doesn't love Fridays? I saw this bag by Lulu Guinness last night and I loved it so much that I just had to design a look around it. Throw in a blue dress, a red pair of shoes and a Gucci bag to match. The backdrop is the city of Amour....

If you get caught between the moon and New York City
Who doesn't love that song? Whenever I hear the first notes of Arthur's Theme playing on the radio, I can't help but to turn it up real loud and sing a long. I'm that girl sitting in traffic on the 10 freeway in Los Angeles signing along to tunes trying to make the time go by faster. That's "the best that I can do" :)

Thoroughly Modern Millie
So, I've developed an addition to ShopStyle.com. I absolutely love everything about this website! I find myself spending at least an hour each day designing new looks. My husband thinks it's a waste of time. I think it's the greatest escape for a girl who should have become a ballerina and a fashion stylist but, instead, sits behind a computer each day writing motions.
Growing up, I used to LOVE to watch Thoroughly Modern Millie. It was such a thrill for me to be able to see it on Broadway in 2004. My first blog entry is dedicated to one of the greatest movies of all time (according to yours truly). The dress by Valentino inspired this look.
